HOW DO I RETURN A SHIRT I PURCHASED?
Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 90 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card or into the Paypal account that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please mail unworn / unwashed items to us at:

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:
Re-Shipping Fees are as follows: Domestic (USA & Canada) one shirt is $4.50, 2 shirts $5.00, 3 shirts are $6.60, then add $1 for each additional item. Hoodies are $7 plus $1 for each additional item. International: one shirt is $8.00, 2 shirts $10.00, 3 shirts are $12.00, then add $1 per additional item, or hoodies are $12.00 plus $1 for each additional item. Please send cash (exact change only please, no difference can be returned), check or money order payable to “CoreGameWear”, or a credit card number and expiration date. Failure to send exchange fee payment will delay your return. Cash, checks and money orders in US Dollars only please.
Lastly, if the shirt was a gift, and you do not want the original purchaser notified of the exchange, write “no email” on the packing slip and we will make sure they do not get any email notifications

Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”
-Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, as we find they have the most affordable rates. But you can ship it via any major carrier.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

I WAS SENT THE WRONG SHIRT/I WAS SENT A DEFECTIVE SHIRT.
While it is rare, mistakes can happen. If we make a mistake on your order, or a defective shirt slips through, we apologize and will be happy to fix the issue ASAP. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and include a prepaid envelope for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.
